With a team base of 10,000 and growing, OVO Energy needed a visual toolkit to provide its diverse and progressive workforce with a relatable identity. As the Lead Designer at OVO Energy, Ben Mills was pivotal in developing this toolkit. The narrative centered on care and environmental concern, envisioning a botanical garden filled with positive energy and focused on future technological advancements.

For OVO Energy’s internal communications and branding, we designed a component-based system that allowed for individual customisation across various touch-points within the organisation. This approach ensured that every element was unique, reflecting the individuality of the team members. His work provided a cohesive yet flexible visual identity that resonated with the team and supported the company’s progressive values.
